Marcella has served as the Executive Assistant to Dr. Randy Hicks for the past several years\, and in doing so\, she has seen first-hand the struggles some patients have balancing the reality of facing cancer with the demands of everyday life. Marcella's mission with UCA is to identify and fill financial gaps for these individuals\, allowing them to focus more fully on defeating cancer.
