Casino Night
Let's help to continue Kash's legacy. When the City revived its K9 program in 2018, Kash became the first K9 to patrol our streets since 1995, made possible only through the generosity and belief of our community. For seven years, this energetic Belgian Malinois has served with unmatched dedication — tracking missing children through cold rain, locating critical evidence, detecting narcotics, and showing up every single day with the same excitement to work, train, and chase his beloved tennis balls. His impact has stretched far beyond Grand Blanc, supporting surrounding communities and protecting countless lives. Now, as Kash retires from active duty, we honor not just his service but the legacy he leaves behind.
Attendees will gain a localized understanding of the critical role a K9 unit plays in community safety, transforming guests into active advocates for the City of Grand Blanc police department. The event establishes a positive, high-energy environment that fosters dialogue, humanizes law enforcement, and strengthens mutual trust between citizens and local officers.
Furthermore, attendees will receive direct insights from the City of Grand Blanc K9 handler during a dedicated address by the evening's presenting sponsor, reinforcing a shared vision for collaborative community growth.
Proceeds from the evening directly fund two vital community pillars: accelerating the acquisition/support of the new Grand Blanc K9 officer, and sustaining the Chamber’s ongoing work providing critical resources, programming, and advocacy for the broader Grand Blanc community.
